I have an accomplishment history that spans for over 5 years in research, data analytics and reporting, statistical analysis, and business intelligence.

Trained through a comprehensive curriculum in Data Science methodologies, Machine Learning, Data Analytics and AI. Advanced my hands on experience in 4IR Big Data Technologies from Python Programming, Power BI and Matlab software. My thesis title, Stock Price prediction using LSTM on Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE). A Deep Learning Algorithms employed is the multiple parameter LSTM which is a modified RNN that solves the vanishing gradient in RNN using the three gates architecture.
Attained a first-class degree and a distinction in my final year project. Final year project aimed at Evaluating the Value at Risk (VaR) for an Optimized portfolio of stocks on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE). This was a comparative study of the GARCH family type models with the contemporary Variance Covariance also known as the Delta Normal Method.
Work & Experience
Customer Master Data Management in SAP for customer records updates, new customer data alignment and quarterly Data Integrity Checks. Built data cleaning macros with Microsoft VBA to automate sales data cleaning for sales executives reporting. ETL process for Sales Data - Internal Channel Analysis for product and business strategy, daily sales reporting for volume achievement and target tracking. Sales Representatives targets calculations from Sales Channels and business strategy. Assists Account Managers with monthly and quarterly business reviews for key customers. Developed a business intelligence model for reporting daily sales analytics using Microsoft Power BI synced with SAP BW Maintains the Accounts Receivables Power BI report for accuracy of customer accounts financial data. Developed a Commercial Development Team (CDT) dashboard for Merchandising Reporting, Marketing Executions, Point of Sale Material deployment and monthly target tracking. Championed the Sales Automation of Sales department staff and training of 109 merchandisers and external stakeholders. Successfully Led the N-Connect Sales automation and system integration project for Nestlé Zimbabwe. Built a Brands & Marketing Dashboard for Modern Trade scan sales analysis, Brand Performance, Selling Price Analysis, Category Competition Analysis and Market Share Analysis. Audit SPOC for the Sales Function – extraction and submission of data, reports for audit and liaising with auditors for recommendation and reports consolidation. Led the Distributor Loyalty Program in KPI’s tracking rebate calculations and insights gathering using SPSS and Google Forms.
Performed data analytics for Terminal Sales targets tracker for LPG product, accessories, and Lubricants. Developed a business dynamic forecasting tool for monthly sales planning, inventory management and delivery route optimization. Ensuring fleet SHE protocols are followed, fleet statistics reporting and actions implementation and tracking for incident management and resolution. Product reconciliations with other Zuva Terminals internally and externally; regionally with LPG cargos mainly from South Africa. Managed inventories for three product warehouses - LPG storage, LPG accessories and Lubricants and Oils; Losses and variance management for the 3 warehouses. Automated Operations Dashboard using MS Excel for all depots inventory management. Co-developed the Product Delivery System synced with Syspro ERP system, drivers, and delivery team training on system usage.
Payment’s data capturing, processing, and reporting for processed channel payments. Financial data analysis for diverse and opportunistic sectorial divisions for business development in TPS (Transactional Products & Services). Trained in Risk: Departmental and Branch operational risk audit assessments. Basel II application and implementation. Developed a Queuing Model for service times reduction in the banking hall. Enforcing KYC processes and customer FCB data loading.
