Work & Experience
Facilitated eight (8) Internal Savings and Lending (ISAL) trainings, fostering the formation of ISAL groups and promoting inclusive economic empowerment and opportunities within the marginalized families. Ensured stakeholder engagement and donor engagement in all the Food Assistance for Assets (FFA) and Lean Season Assitance (LSA) programs following donor rules and regulations as well as adhering to WHO COVID-19 regulations. Conducted TOoSE Sessions to address intimate partner violence driven by economic insecurity and social norms at the household level. Collaborated effectively and maintained relationships with stakeholders and partners whilst managing continued engagement in various donor-funded projects.
