A self-driven and dynamic team player with 8+ years’ experience in humanitarian and development work focusing project management, research, performance monitoring and management. Over the years, I have gained skills to conduct/ implement comprehensive monitoring, evaluation and learning initiatives to ensure that all planned interventions and related activities are continually monitored for their effectiveness and appropriateness. I am also an advocate for social justice for minority groups and have done a lot of work around children and vulnerable groups within society

▪ Led and coordinated the consortium Monitoring and Evaluation Technical Working group activities for Care International, Plan International and DanChurchAid (DCA.) – including overall budgeting and costing for consortium MEAL activities. ▪ Designed research, assessments and surveys (Baseline study, Trends analysis, Knowledge, Attitudes and Practices - KAP surveys, Mapping exercises, Midline surveys, Satisfaction surveys, Rapid Gender Analysis, Endline Surveys) ▪ Facilitated the reporting of project impact data on the Care International MIS (Management Information System), the PIIRS (Project and Program Information and Impact Reporting System) ▪ Utilized the Collaborative Learning and Adapting approach to continually assess project progress and inform project management decision-making – facilitated and coordinated lessons leant workshops, consortium review workshops ▪ Developed data management guidelines to ensure that quality data was collected throughout the program implementation including conducting routine activity monitoring, Data Quality Assessments (DQAs) for Care, Plan & DCA ▪ Developed innovative indicator databases and information systems to track project indicators such as an online Indicator Performance Tracking Table (IPTT) which allowed for real-time milestone tracking and live previewing of project performance. • Established and implemented functional community-based feedback and complaints mechanisms that allow for two-way stakeholder and community engagement. ▪ Supported project documentation of most significant change stories and human-interest stories as well as modeling best practices to be used across the consortium. • Supported both the statistical and narrative report writing process for the production of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports to donors and partners. • As part of the Care Zimbabwe Emergency Response team also generated alerts, dashboards, SitReps and assessments related to humanitarian crisis in Zimbabwe
