- Developed, optimised and commissioned Smelter Production Digital Twin. - Process Optimization: Responsible for optimizing the mineral smelting operations (filtration, drying, smelting and matte converting) to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity, and optimal mineral recovery. - Responsible for Plant metallurgical Accounting and reconciliation. - Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Responsible for troubleshooting and investigating process deviations, equipment failures, or unexpected outcomes, and working towards identifying the root causes. - Generation of weekly and monthly production and technical reports - Review and Maintenance of operating standards and procedures - Training and Knowledge Sharing: Responsible for training and mentoring junior staff members.
