Preparation and review of monthly general ledger reconciliations. Stock Reconciliations and variance analysis. Review of all accounting documents pending payment for completeness. Maintenance of relevant books of accounts. Preparation of audit packs for external auditors. Perform advanced reviews of business operational trends and expected obligations to prepare accurate forecasts. Preparation of tax computations and statutory returns (PAYE, NSSA, ZIMDEF, VAT Returns Q.P.Ds). Daily cash flow projections and management. Develop, maintain, analyse budgets and generating periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. Monitoring of revenue and accounts receivable to ensure revenue recognition principles are maintained and debtors’ days are kept to a minimum and within targets set. Ensure all revenue and debtor processing within SAIBA,SARB and Acumatica is accurate, complete and done timeously. Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register. Periodic review of internal controls to safeguard company assets. Carry out month-end processes and procedures as per moth end close checklist..
