Duties include but not limited to: Strategic recruitment of employees and subsequent scheduling of interviews, creation of interview files and conducting reference checks. Maintaining updated physical and digital personnel records, including the correct entry of changes in the employees’ status. Ensuring maximum compliance with local and state regulations e.g. (NSSA). Ensuring the proper filing and maintenance of company salary sheets and reports, regular deductions schedules from employees’ payments including voluntary deductions. Establish workplace safety, monitor performance of health committees and Covid awareness campaigns. Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave) Prepare HR documents, such employment contracts and new hire guides Revise and update company policies Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates) Manage office supplies stock and place orders Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets Answer queries by employees and clients Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments Meetings management Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned Schedule in-house and external event
