o Handled Stock sales and inventory management of decoders, stationery and other DSTV accessories. o Worked in the call center, manned the walk-in centre o Troubleshooting and dispatch to repair of faulty DSTV equipment o Audited and reviewed the work of a team of six in the Credit control department and worked in the commercial accounts section doing Business development via selling our services to hotels, country clubs and bars. Did reconciliation of the daily bank schedules against credit balances on system and corrected billing errors
