Led a 5 member team responsible for generating 35% of the Bank's revenue. Contributed to the Bank's short and long term strategy with major focus on liquidity and cash management, revenue generation and risk management. Coached and mentored junior staff members. Managed approximately 40-45% of the Bank's key relationships in terms of deposits and revenue generation. Led policy and process re-engineering to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and to address prevailing market conditions. Secretary of the CABS Gamechangers culture change committee from September 2020 tasked with leading the Old Mutual Zimbabwe culture change initiatives within the Banking Unit.
