About Candidate
I began my career as an ICT Specialist for a Research and documentation Centre that focuses on Gender and Human Development, Environment and Economic Development in the Southern African Region. I then later moved to being a Systems Analyst in software development of Insurance, Pensions and employee benefits management systems, providing technology solutions to the largest pension funds in Zimbabwe. Moving into the Educational Technology space started with being a Learning Technologies Specialist and IT Lecturer/Facilitator with Private higher education institutions in South Africa particularly CTI, The Pearson Institute of Higher Education and recently with AGRICOLLEGES international as the IT/Tech Manager & Learning Technologist in its implementation of Online Learning

Internal Tech Consultant. Implementation and management of the institution's Learning Management Systems (on The D2L Brightspace platform and Moodle) for providing Online Agricultural Courses; Google Workspace for Education; The Student Information System; Ongoing course development, instructional design and support on the Online platforms and related Educational Technologies. - Course Delivery Student Support Services.
Implementation and Administration of the Learning Management System and Digital Technologies to meet requirements in course delivery for both Instructors/Trainers and Students. The Pearson Institute of Higher Education Nelspruit had about 400 students and staff using the digital learning resources - Part Time IT Lecturer for Programming & Software Development, Databases, Mathematics, Systems Analysis.
Development and implementation of a Suite of software solutions, for Defined Benefit/Defined Contribution Pensions Management, which can be provided as stand-alone or fully integrated which includes the following functions: - Administration. - Accounting. - Payroll. - Properties Management. - Mortgage Management. The Pensions Manager System manages funds for up to 50 Pension funds with an average of 500 contributors in each fund. In addition, Trustees and Boards get their reporting needs from this system.
