• Ensuring day-to-day operations of the people-related functions are addressed in a timely, efficient, and proactive manner;
• Implementing and monitoring changes in employment laws and regulations;
• Support the business at each stage of the employee lifecycle, from pre-boarding through to off- boarding;
• Supporting in the monitoring of Standard Operating Procedures and HR Policies;
• Administrating the company’s code of conduct, impartially resolving employee issues, promptly and effectively;
• Responsible for employee dispute resolution procedures, taking appropriate action to correct any employee relations issues and maintaining positive work relationships;
• Collaborating with multiple stakeholders providing general people operations support to staff i.e. employee development;
• Assist in preparing Human resources administrative reports i.e. preparation of monthly and quarterly and annual board reports;
• Monthly time and role verifications and benefits administration;
• Corporate Social Responsibility implementation and proactive monitoring;
• Perform other tasks as directed by the Divisional HR Manager;
